The breecon GmbH will produce and identify new lines in collaboration with breeders to develop new varieties. The seeds of these lines are valuable products for plant breeding.

Marker systems to determine purity of lines and quality characteristics will be developed for individual lines or varieties. The marker systems will be developed and marketed further into DNA microarrays and enzyme assays.
